Hello my friends!
I have been working on a few things since you have last heard from me. I’m very excited to continue with the Namaste Sunday class at 1pm. So proud of all who attend and how much you are progressing. Even for the days where you feel there is no progress you have to remember that you are still showing up and that is how you develop the consistency to progress in your movements and balance. All are welcome to Namaste Sundays, from beginner to athlete. As I always say to my students, the poses serve us, we do not serve the poses. There are options to take on a challenge within class or to simply enjoy the poses longer, engaging the core and breath together.
However, next Sunday I will be away at the Olympia Angel Competition Bikinis Fashion show hosting a yoga and meditation sequence for the angel athletes. As a competitive bodybuilder for the past 3 years, I’ve learned yoga has done so much more for physical as well as my mental capabilities within learning when to push myself, rest, and becoming more present within both big and small moments in this thing we call life.

Heated yoga series will be starting on Thursday nights starting in November 9th at 6:30pm to 7:30. Yoga mats and towels will be provided as well as the calming cooling face towels during shavasana meditation.

It’s important to note that heated yoga may not be suitable for everyone. If Radiant Energy class is not for you, there is also Namaste Sundays, and Gentle yoga on Mondays at 11am as well.
